1. Clean the surface of the workbench, guide rail, and shield with brushes, rags, etc., to ensure that there is

no oil, cutting fluid, water stains, iron filings, etc..

2. Control console and operation panel: clean and remove oil and dust.

3. Electrical cabinet: check whether there is moisture and dust in the electrical cabinet;

Check whether the fan and air conditioner are in good condition;

Whether the circuit components are stained with oil, oil, or water;

Whether the power supply, drive, controller and other modules are clean, whether there is oil stains, and

whether the fan heating fans of these modules are normal;

Check whether the cabinet is dusty, rusty, whether there are random flying lines, exposed threads, etc.;

Check whether the grounding protection is good.

4. Record the machine position, tool and zero offset information, etc. If necessary, it is best to make a

backup of the machining program.

5. Battery, check whether the system reports a battery alarm, and if so, replace the battery.

6. Check whether the machine tool has oil leakage, liquid leakage, or poor connection.
